Does the S65 have the same oil pan issues people had with the S85? I want to assume that both swaps would be very similar, even using the same trans.

around $48K, but this includes the car, engine, bearings, Motec, exhaust, tuning, brackets, etc. labor
if you are using your own E46 M3 then take about $12K off of that. So about $36K rough estimate at this point.

Public is fine, tuning is going to be tough and long, so dont want to give hard numbers until they see how many hours of tuning it will require.
