As noted above mine has a Gesi cat.
Did you get the ARH headers? Are they installed? Any before/after dyno?

we did a motor replacement on a 600whp Blown E92 M3, it had ARH's..they drop slightly lower than the oil pan, our customer hasnt had any issues and didnt notice any scrapes on it as his car is dropped as well... sounds mean as hell

Yup I have them no before after dyno yet. Waiting till after my registration to install since I have to SMOG the car this year again.

Before that happens I am hoping that Stan will have results anyhow. If they are positive they will go on the car. If not I’ll go buy some V1s again or whatever Streamline is trying to develop.

Of course not. Either is fine and either are a massive improvement over running catless on a road registered vehicle.
Whether one is better than the other? Or whether they're better than generic "aftermarket" cats?

Unfortunately the data isn't public.. but I can say with certainty that GESI's catalyst is on-par with most OE catalysts, and far better than most aftermarket units

Agree on GESI.

Vibrant uses them with great success. This vid may be interesting to you:

So I got a set of these, just noticed there is no EGT provision on it. Do most people get that coded out?

Are you installing your headers yourself or taking it to a shop? Would like to check these out in person. My M3 is still in VA and I'll be installing headers soon as well.

It wont' be an issue in any state-- it's not an emissions part, per se. It's purpose it to keep the cats from overheating, so you don't damage them under hard use. If they get too hot (as measured by the EGT sensor), it dumps in extra fuel to cool the system, protecting them.
