Default 1995 M3 coupe Black/Black 5mt - 91k miles

Finally after waiting over a month for the title I finally got to pick up this beautiful m3!

1995 One Owner (RIP)/family- the wife didn’t want to keep the car because it had too many memories. Her husband did all the maintenance on the car. He actually had a lift in his three car garage.

All original with couple of mods - Dinan exhaust, chip, short belt pully kit, fog light delete and track seat belt harness. Seller also gave me the original muffler, fog lights and belts and extra track racing pads.

Car has no rust and only driving during the spring/summer time months. Even the undercarriage doesn’t have surface rust either. The clear and paint is in amazing condition. There are two dings i noticed - one on the hood and back driver side rear panel.

The interior seats are immaculate condition except the driver side bolster wear. The seats are heated and manual. Headliner and the pillars are perfect. No sagging at all. The dash has no cracks and looks new. Steering wheel has no noticeable wear either but the shift knob has some wear. Of course there is the dreaded pixel issue.

Engine bay looks clean without noticeable leaks.

Wheels are clean and no curb rash either.

I drove it back 200 miles and the car had no issues driving at 90/100 mph at times. Car pulled nicely and drove straight.

Next step is to change all the fluids, check for any noticeable leaks, ABS and other maintenance issues. Please let me know if there are other things I need to look at.

Here is the link to my IG for the video walk around of the car.

Man. Where are people finding these one owner deals at? Congrats on the pick up man. Looks really clean. What's your plans for it?

Oh and do the cooling system.

Nice find! It looks like a nice straight car.

After all fluids and filters, there are at least 100 other jobs for a 24 year old car like this. You'll eventually get a feel for what is reasonable to do and what your personality deems necessary to do. Everyone is different.

Thanks .. I got very lucky and found it on the BMWCCA site. I was the second person to call the ad. The seller was dealing with first come first call. The first caller for whatever reason decided not to look at the car. Maybe he is a member of this forum? The rest is history! Definitely will check over the cooling system for sure! No plans on modding the car. Keeping it exactly how I purchased it but don't hold me to that!

The owner was an enthusiast and a track guy. He did track the M3 from time to time but his wife said he mostly tracked an Panoz. I am hoping he kept up with all the maintenance including the cooling system. The only downside of the purchase is that the wife couldn't find his maintenance records. Based on how the car drove and the condition, I took a leap of faith that the car was well loved! The paint and clear coat is amazing. It only needs a minor paint correction. I am hoping to do that once I get back on vacation!

Love that period correct headunit. Don’t see that model too often.

Nice man. Might consider actually putting stock pulleys back on... The under drive pulley thing is not necessarily great for engine longevity... Just my $0.02

Clean car. Too bad about the circumstances of why it came up for sale, but looks like it is going to a good second home.
