Default Vorsteiner - CSL Bumper V2

Just wanted to share with everyone the updated VCSL bumper. Previously the VCSL bumpers required either an aluminum carrier or a kevlar carrier to help secure the bumper to the car. In comparison, the oem CSL bumper had a carrier embedded in the bumper. So to install it, all you needed were the 2001 m3 style bumper shocks.

So now Vorsteiner has updated there VCSL bumpers to have the embedded carrier in the bumper, similar to the oem csl bumpers. Here are a few pics

if you have a 2001 - 2002+ m3 which uses the aluminum carrier, then its plug and play. the later 2003+ m3's require changing a few items. basicly you need the bumper shocks and water bottle. you'll no longer use the aluminum carrier.

kevlar bar bumper requires these for retrofit:
qyt1 SHOCK ABSORBER FRONT LEFT 8 KM/H = 5 MPH 1 11/2001 51118195301
qyt1 SHOCK ABSORBER FRONT RIGHT 8 KM/H = 5 MPH 1 11/2001 51118195302
qyt2 ASA-BOLT 51117007219

qyt1 HEAD LAMP CLEANING DEVICE CONTAINER 1 09/2001 61677892700 (cold weather package only)
qyt1 VALVE F WINDSHIELD CLEANING 1 61668361370
qyt1 RUBBER GROMMET 1 61311369343
qyt1 GRILLE,AIR INLET LEFT 1 51117895883
qyt2 BODY NUT 3 09/2001 07129901662 (for water bottle)
qyt2 HEX HEAD SCREW ST4,8X19-C-Z2 2 07119916949 (for water bottle)

I still like the double splitters over the single splitter though. I'm scared to take my single off cause I don't know exactly how it is attached.
