Default rear quarter window trim paint flaking

I've just noticed that the paint is flaking on the trim on the rear quarter window. The piece of trim is vertical on the forward edge of the window.
Does anyone know if it's glued on, is it a separate piece of trim? or do you have to buy a new window?

if you have a MAACO guy detail it for you they will probably charge you a few hundred bucks just for the shop visit. I guess I would go the DIY route and try to get a replacement trim piece from eBay automotive section. Incidentally most of that stuff is made in China but who cares if it is just a trim piece not anything structurally load bearing or engine-related
