Default Had a Euro bumper made

Been needing a re-spray of the front end for a while, so my friend's shop did the work and shaved the reflectors at the same time Simple change, but makes a world of difference to the look for me

e36 M3: Cosmos black, 99% track prepped (track toy)
981 GT4: Carrara White Metallic, clear side markers and some clear bra (because GT4)
MKV GTI: Black Magic Pearl, 4-Door, DSG, APR Stage 1, Omanyt (R32) wheels, Wolfsburg front end (daily driver)
e46 M3: TiAg, ESS VT450, Dinan 3.91's, Euro headers/cats, SS x-pipe, SS race muffler; GC coilovers & swaybar; Stoptech ST60/40; OEM CSL bootlid, Dinan 19's (sold)
997.2 GT3: Carrara White, no mods necessary (sold)

What did he fill it with? I was told if you use I think putty(?) it has a certain shrink rate over time.
