OP,

I am hoping you can help me with something since you have a euro motor and hopefully still have it somewhat apart.

I am looking for a sketch showing the centerline locations of the euro oil pump chain tensioner studs that the oil pump chain tensioner attaches to. I am retrofitting the euro oil pump chain tensioner to a M52 block and need to know where to drill and tap holes for the studs for the oil pump chain tensioner.

My reasoning for this is that this is one of the reasons m5x engines tend to shear off oil pump shafts at 7000+RPM, along with some other upgrades my plan is to rev a m52 to ~7500RPM reliably. Let's not get into a debate on whether or not that is feasible or worthwhile.

Hopefully you can help me with this!

Thanks,

Michon

Can't get the S50B30 to perform as the B32 with bigger valves, porting and polishing ?
Doing a stroker build for a friend. Euro S50B30 with a 3,5 crank,rods,pistons.

What is the actual weight of your lightweight Pauters?
