I ordered a CSL trunk for my first M3 a few years ago. Mike said it was the last non-Scorza version he had left. I had no delayed shipping issues but it arrived with a thumb print sized dent. I didn’t complain about the dent, my installer said it was the most difficult trunk he ever installed and he has worked at a body shop over 25 years.

Hoping (IF I ever get it) that my FRP SCZA version fits fine

Why not just go OE? Pretty much the same price and you shouldn't have to worry about fitment

Friend ordered it for me as a gift. OE is the obvious first choice but I really wasn't trying to be like "I need the OE one, care to spare the extra cash for that one instead?"

I'm honestly more worried about actually getting it than the fitment. My M3 isn't show level quality or anything so as long as it fitment is 90% there it should be fine. I'm just gonna be stoked to have the trunk on the car. Sets it off imho.

EDIT* I'm giving them three more weeks. It's currently been one. If it's not shipped by then I'll try to get him a refund and go from there.

I’m one of the guys that never had any problems dealing with Mike or getting items in a timely manner. That being said I wish he would be active on here like he used to be and address these issues.

We are working to fix all and get back to where we once were.

I also want you guys to know we are still making new products and have redesigned some to be a better product. Our quality has never suffered and won’t. We are also working with better factory to start getting our lead times down and even lower prices.
There is a lot of other products out there that may look similar but our products are all pre-fit or fully made in the USA and we will actually help if you have issues.

We have gotten a little lost and are definitely not who we were when we started in this market and but I promise we will be be better than before really soon.

Needed to get that off my chest. It’s been a eye opening couple of months and it’s really been bothering me not being realizing the problems.

Your dates make no sense. You might straighten-out your story first.
