I agree that Sam's looks way better than the shots on BaT. Good paint detail and good photography go a long way. Very nice.

Easy for you to say, you have the best interior BMW offered on a M3.

BTW I picked up a clean Daytona Violet with Black nappa 95, on the rebound from my love affair with your car.

I do like Byzanz, kinda predates the gold/bronze that was popular on the R8 and 911s around the early-2010s.

I know the owner of the BaT car through the E36 Facebook group. Will link him this thread. He said there were only 35 Byzanz made for NA

I love Byzanzó I saw a Byzanz over Magma automatic sedan for sale in Colorado the other day... the ad is down so I presume it sold.

It wouldnít happen to be from Colorado, would it? From a man named Bob? I had first right of refusal on that car, not buying it was the hardest decision I have made. Ultimately, I wasnít in love with the color. It was absolutely gorgeous in person though, and drove phenomenally. Hopefully itís the same car!

Ha, says the guy with my dream car in his avatar.
A) don't worry, my car is made for the internet like IG models. 3x3" photos hide the imperfections.
B) Congrats on the pickup. Glad you found a worthy car.

The very same. Buying this car sight unseen was a tough one, so glad you saw it and approve. I think I bought Bob as a much as the car and the PPI checked out extremely well, better than I would have hoped. Now the prob is to go get it in Co in January or have it shipped. Leaning to go get it and head south, turn west and come into LA through AZ.
Car is getting a new cooling system, fluids and tranny leak fix.

You won’t be disappointed in that car, it was truly a passion of Bob’s. If you need any help,of any kind, please let me know. I ended up buying a local Alpine white M3/4/5, so I’m in the same boat as you as far as a new e36 owner!
