Default Coolant Leak Behind Motor. Need Advice.

Bumping this bc I need some help. I replaced all of the coolant lines, and there are zero external leaks. However, I have to keep adding water to the coolant reservoir even after bleeding.. During idle, the level will drop 0.5-1.0 cm from the cold line. If I drive it then immediately check level, itíll go down halfway between cold level and empty. No white smoke from exhaust, oil filler cap does not have oil mixed with coolant. I know these arenít the best ways to check for head gasket failure, but I donít think the car will make it to a shop for a compression and leakdown test.

Edit: This is dumb
