I drool over your M3 very often. Love it

UPDATE:

Well not much has happened this week. School and work has been taking all my time but I did manage to replaced my loose lower ball joints. What was supposed to take 15-20 mins took about an hour or so.

A real PITA at this point. Nut snapped off and took just the end of the bolt

DSC_0124 by Demoney30, on Flickr

Finally got them out and pressed in with ease thanks to a coworkers help

And the aftermath. The ball joint is still stuck on my air hammer today. Might just get a new tip and call it a day

Great story and welcome to the TechnoViolence club! Car looks great, looking forward to seeing where you take the build.

Also, +1 on investing in the OEM lip. That reiger one looks good, but will blow up sooner rather than later.

Thanks man. I'm definitely investing in an OEM lip sometime during 2019. You should see how the Rieger front lip looks like now

UPDATE:

I've been really busy the past couple of months but I did manage to get a ton of work done to the M3. Most of which was not documented except for a few things such as cosmetics.

Picked up Rouge Enginnering's Octane SSK and a shifter seal along with ripping out the sagging sound deadeding/heat shield. Install was pretty straight forward as far as the SSK went, the heat shield took some time since I wanted it to look as clean as possible.

I also did the following that next week
Oil Pan Gasket
Oil Pump Nut Safety Wire
Valve Cover Gasket
Breather Hose
Cowl
Waterpump
Thermostat and Housing
Differential Pinion Seal
Coolant Level Sensor
Inner and Outter Tierods
LTW Wheels (Staggered) w/ Fresh Rubber
Finally a major oil cleanup in the front end

I also removed the rear spoiler and I must say, I loved the look.

Not too much longer, I had it back up on the lift for some more parts to install.

Front Fender Liners
Complete Belly Pan/Pork Chops
Brake Ducts
Amber Corners and Tails

Finally, The LTW Spoiler I picked up with the help of Kevin was finally ready to be installed.

(BTW The marks are from the wet sanding. Didn't want to ruin the paint before it got polished)

I like it too. Looks great! I would say maybe add amber side markers as well, kinda odd looking mismatched.

Are the risers OEM?

-_____- Lol... Believe me, I'm already thinking about switching up the look Since its very identical to a few other Technos out there. Considering going back to Clears all around but the previous tails and corners were shot and needed to be replaced.

But i do miss this look

Amber sides are actually on, just haven't gotten a recent picture of them on.

Meh. Somebody somewhere is gonna look the same as you. Its still a ridiculously original look when you are pulling into a meet or to a track day. Youd be lucky to even see another e36 m3 at most C+C, never mind a techno, nevermind one of our five identical cars.
