Thumbs down What would you do?

Hey guys I have a dilemma on my hands and would like some advice from y'all. My e46 m3's subframe has torn up my floor and split a shock tower so bad that it's pretty close to being a complete loss on the car. (that's what I get for not getting the mounts reinforced )

Anyways here are my options(curious to see what you guys would do):

1) Part out the car and try to make my wallet not take as big of a loss.

2) Use the car as a parts car for a s54 swap (into either a 2002, e30, e36, another e46 like maybe a wagon or sedan)

3) Bit the bullet and have the car repaired (this would probably cost more than half of what the car is worth)

Update:
After repairing and reinforcing the subframe mounts myself, I've learned a lot about the chassis and what it takes to make it strong enough to handle the power of the S54 and the weight of my foot. After lots of testing the RACP hasn't shown any signs of stress or cracks reforming. The CMP engineering reinforcement seriously works! Excited to finish the video project to show everyone out there that their cars are fixable.

I would build an E46 wagon to turn your lemons into lemonade.

E36 M3 with an S54 swap. I keep toying with the idea of doing one myself.

As an added bonus after you do you'll have more space to move more lemons in the wagon! +1 on the wagon, if I had time I'd do this!

Pretty much decided that if I ever find myself in your situation, I'm using it as an organ donor for an e30 build. Part out what I don't need to help finance the project.
