The general consensus on road going monoball RTAB for these cars (price vs quality) is the SyncroDesign Works unit:

Although it should be noted for full disclosure that Dinan also do one that has amazing reviews but is considered very expensive and I believe there is another company... I want to say Fall Line Motorsport? that does one also for this car.

Oh I see. Thought they would make a sealed one. Thanks

I have the FallLine Motorsports Monoball rtab's, quality pieces but not as pricey as Dinan. When I was doing my research it was either FL or SDW for the rtab's.

I got my FCABs installed 1Ė2 weeks ago. I had a little difficulty lining up two holes on the OE fcab retainer for the bolts; I had pushed the bushings in as far as they would go by hand but right side took some time to line up correctly. It took a few blows with a mallet to push them in a bit more to get holes lined up. The last shop to replace my FCABs ****ed up the control arm a bit, but I donít know if their incompetence contributed to install difficulty.

There is increased feedback through the wheel. You can feel the road imperfections more, and it feels more direct than OE. But itís not annoying or anything and would be fine for a car that gets tracked often (street car too imo). Will see how it feels at COTA on the 28th.

Big thanks to The Fly for getting these to me quickly. This was my second transaction with him, first was for OE FCABs.

I changed out my control arms yesterday and took a chance on the fitment of the Turner lollipops. I placed each fcab over the mounting dowels to make sure theyd fit correctly; the driver's side slid on fine, the passenger side was a bit harder but I found that it was a little dirty. So i scraped off all of the gunk buildup with some sandpaper and it fit on well. One thing of note that I would have to suggest to anyone changing out control arms: a mini sledgehammer is a MUST. I was whacking the ball joint knuckles for hours with regular sized hammers and nothing happened. Had my friend drop by with his mini sledge and I whacked that ball joint out with ease! Anyway, I still need to drive the car about and get a better impression on the monoballs, but I do notice a difference and it's hard to put into words what exactly I'm feeling... The word "fun" comes to mind.

So I noticed something yesterday, might be totally normal but thought I mention for piece of mind.

Let me state no other changes were made to the car especially ride height and tire size. I noticed when I have the steering turned all the way to lock in either direction the front tire is almost barely if not just slightly touching the fender liner. I'm almost sure it did not do this before. I'm thinking this is due to extra travel provided by the bushings articulating in the housings? I really want to say it wasn't like this and it's due to the bushings.
