Default Swappin' verts: logistics

I bought an 05 CBM/Cinnamon 6MT vert with 98k miles just back in July, and it has been treating me well, but, I recently came across a steal of a 2002 CBM/Imola vert with 45k miles in much nicer cosmetic condition, and managed to negotiate getting it for the exact same price that I paid for my 05. Half the miles, leather interior and exterior paint in much nicer shape than mine, VANOS, subframe, and suspension overhauls not nearly as urgent... I couldn't resist. So I pulled the trigger, and now I have to sell the 05. The only downside on the 02 is that it's SMG, but the cost of an SMG-6MT swap sometime in the next year is definitely worth all of the other short and long term maintenance benefits of getting the 02, to me.

There's only one problem.

The Imola interior is great, especially since it's in such nice shape. But I'm going to miss the 05's cinnamon interior, and how it looks agains the CBM paint. A lot. It's not in perfect shape, but maybe 7/10. Ideally I would like to have a cinnamon interior option available for my new 02, and I'm wondering if it's worth buying up a decent black vert interior, swapping it, and keeping the cinnamon interior as a change of clothes for my 02. Whether or not this is worth it to me depends on a few things.... several questions come to mind:

-How much should I expect to pay for a complete black vert interior in good shape?
-How labor intensive is an interior leather swap?
-How much would this hurt the value of the car I'm selling?

Alternatively, I would just find and buy a cinnamon vert interior when I come across one. How rare are they to find in good to great condition, and how much would the ballpark price be?

If it's obvious to anyone that one or the other way would be the clearer better way to go for me, I'm not sure since I don't know what the market's like on vert interiors.
