That looks like a pair of calipers vs a set of calipers. A pair of calipers is worth about half of what you are asking depending on condition.
I also recommend separating them from the spindles and taking pictures of the part numbers if you are really interested in selling them.

True, just bought a "SET" from ebay (4 calipers, both front and rears) on same condition for about 420bucks shipped.

Yeah have bought multiple sets (all 4 corners) of 996/Boxster S calipers, always under $500.

They are a full set of FOUR calipers, not a pair as someone stated above. The price is OBO, I'm not going to use them anymore, if you want them, make an offer, if you don't, just move on. I don't care what your buddy paid for them that one time on eBay, please don't clutter my thread with your personal Porsche caliper market speculations. Edited OP to clarify any misunderstanding.

Full sets have gone up in value over the past few years due to demand for swaps like this. Unless you have purchased recently, you're probably best to not comment. I too paid $400 for all four 4 years ago, but as of late, a full set is going for $600+.

Whatever the cost, they're WELL worth it compared to off the shelf setups! I paid about 700 for mine, and would absolutely buy them again! Not only does these brakes stop much better than stock with textar pads, the reduced weight really makes the car feel a lot more nimble in the turns.
