If you leave the ASC motor attached to the wire harness, ABS works. If you want to remove that hunk of metal, use the resistor. I don’t know which pins; I did it 10 years ago and stuffed the harness end down behind the strut tower.

Only thing I have to add is stay away from Mishimoto parts as a general rule.
