Default ZCP for under $9k?

So this is a pretty interesting situation, my local CarMax just got an smg ZCP with 130k on it in recently, and whoever appraised it valued it at $7,000. It's clean, has every option (except headlight washers), as well as the black interior with aluminum trim. My friend works there, so before the car goes on the lot he can buy it from inventory, and he has his name on the car as one of my other friends was planning on buying it before his bank changed their mind and asked for more paperwork before giving the loan, which he can't give unless he buys the car...

I'm in the upstate NY area, and I think this is a fantastic deal for a ZCP in such a condition. If I could, I'd absolutely buy it, but I wanted to post this here to see if anyone has interest in it. It has blacked out grilles, an AEM intake, and is sadly missing the original wheels (of course, cause why wouldn't it be?). Other than that, the car is completely stock.

The title says under $9k because that's including their inspection, new rear tires, and taxes. Anyone interested PM me for pics/videos (I don't have much since the car is in their storage lot and not currently accessible).

EDIT:
Because the car is on the carmax lot, there's no way to look at it. I already have a buyer lined up for tomorrow, if things change I'll update.

I would definitely be interested in purchasing it if it all checks out. Let me know if you can send pics and videos my way!

Try to get some pics for the rest of us. I'd love to see what a $7k ZCP looks like.

Probably has a salvage/branded title.

Interlagos too. Looks like this could be a steal for somebody.

And I hate to say it but if your friend's friend needs to get a $9K loan for this car he likely can't afford it at all. I'm sure plenty of forum members are chomping at the bit to get this though lol (if it checks out that is)

It's also black interior with aluminum trim, and for the skeptics here's the vin so you can see it's a clean title. WBSBL93456PN64559
