Default Headers and ECU Tune now I have white smoke

I installed headers and the tune from The Build Journal last weekend and now the car is smoking. Its now billowing smoke but it is noticeable. I have ran the car at idle for about 45 min and the smoke increases with RPM.

Could this be adjustment of air/fuel mix now that the rear O2 sensors are gone?

This is a dedicated track car and 2 months ago at the last weekend I had zero smoke and zero issues.

I did replace the CPV seal and used new exhaust gaskets.

What color is the smoke and where is it coming from? The headers will smoke since they're usually covered in oil from manufacturing.. but if you've got lots of white smoke coming out of your tailpipe you probably need to investigate a little further.

Ya from engine area or from tailpipe?

Probably just grease and coolant burning off from header job.

Post cat O2s dont affect AFR afaik, only emissions purposes.

Op said that he ran the car for at least 45min...that should've burned off any residual grease/spilled coolant from the header job. Double check for any exhaust leaks and or/coolant leaks still dumping coolant on the headers. Also recheck your CPV job to make sure oil isn't leaking. Doubtful the smoke is a result of the tune. As the others said, where exactly is the smoke coming from?

Tail pipe

The smoke looks very faint but appears white but I might be able to convince myself its a shade of blue.

I also sprayed some brake cleaner on the head to clean the header mounting surfaces. I would assume that would burn off quickly (less than a couple min).

I cannot see the smoke in my rear view mirror, it dissipates a couple feet from the tail pipe.

I'll double check torque on the header bolts this afternoon but I was pretty good about getting them torqued.

When I installed new headers/sec1 it did the same thing, I was freaking out - did a compression test/etc. After about 30-45min of letting it idle/smoke I just went and drove it a few miles and it stopped.

Out the tail pipe Hassan, or just under the hood? I think that OP just mentioned (in post #5) that it's only smoking from the tail pipe. OP, does it smoke all of the time, or just at start up/idle? I just can't see how a tune would make a car smoke unless you blew a head gasket or something already? Have you driven it hard yet since the header/tune install, or has it just been sitting there idling in your garage so far?
