Who can convert my HP DME to stock CSL?
I understand that it needs to be on a bench.

Yep. Very happy with mine (physical hardware conversion). Had both mine and a friends done at the same time in that 24hrs too. Also cool, they sent before and after pictures of their work and the prices were very affordable too. If I had to do it all over again, I'd make the same choice. Would be interesting to see more posts on here regarding their tunes? Anyone have a Kassel Tune? Mine had I think just the base CSL tune on it when I received it, but had PC tune it when it was put together, so can't speak much on the side of performance tunes.

I have one but it's just a canned tune; not a dyno tune. I have hesitation in low rpm and high load. We need to resolve it but haven't found the time.

Outside of that, solid power gains.

Unfortunately Kassel can’t help much since their map sensor setup doesn’t support boost so there is no point of their CSL conversion

TTFS can do it:

They upgraded my non-HP to CSL-spec minus the flap (so just upgrade the chips to HP and load on the CSL program)... I also got their MAP sensor / air-rail setup... As it is a GM MAP sensor I dont see why they wouldn't be able to change it out for a MAP sensor to suit your boost range... then you just need to scale for it when you tune or whatever...

I vaguely remember this coming up in conversation before and somewhere between 2 and 3bar is the greatest range our ECU can deal with? maybe Terra will chime in, I am sure he is the one who cleared it up last time...

What do you mean?

I only used Kassel for the hardware conversion of the DME to convert my HP DME to CSL....My conversion runs off the stock CSL map sensor...but for a DME hardware conversion, it shouldn't matter that you don't use their map sensor kit. Just scale the tune for whatever MAP sensor you're using.
