i think there's some confusion about which ads people are talking about...

I do find it funny that the techno/black ad says its never seen snow...but then the first picture in the build thread shows it with snow tires.

No . Donít get me wrong at all . Iíve read that thread back when it was posted . The owner at time of thread and who made that thread was a very good facilitator , couldnít of done any more good to that car .

I should of Re worded my last post to just that Iíd be curious to see if it could get close to 16k . Techno on black w the work he did is CERTAINLY someoneís dream car ... and really thatís all it takes for someone to shell out close to 16k .

The DAKAR was certainly not on par w that one but it seemed like it could be a pretty good candidate for the right price .

I made this thread for people to post , see and discuss e36 ms that that they might come across . Maybe a forum member/reader might see one here and have a chance to buy one . Itís not to only be snarky about every one posted . Iíd say of the 3 posted in this thread so far the techno is def the nicest without question.

I kind of have it in my mind (based on what u highlighted about the pictures) that the seller of the car is not the same person who made that thread .

You know what Nate . The more I think about it the more I think you’re right .. or atleast very close to it . Depends on how bad buyer wants it . It gets to a point where (as a buyer) will u let 1 , 2 or 3 grand keep u from buying a car you’ve been looking for , for years ?? That 2 or 3 grand can be recouped. But a car like that ain’t gonna come around too often .
