Default Aftermarket Rocker Panel for 2-door/coupe?

Does anyone know where to find aftermarket rocker panel for a e36 coupe?

The dealer indicated there is limited quantity in the US but more then that the cost of them are $700, the sedans are around 60$ aftermarket and easily found (on millsupply and pelican).

Thanks
Mitch

Check eBay for a nice used one? Note there are 2 types for the coupe. The Lux pack cars from 95 to 97 got a less aggressive 3 series type rocker and the M3 is a bit more style to it. Hard to tell till someone points it out. I would just source a nice used one.

Well see them side by side and the difference is pretty obvious.

Not even that. A pic of either will never have you in doubt.

I’m looking for the actual metal rocker not the plastic cover! eBay has tons of the plastic cover.

I want to repair my rockers but I only need a small section it’s a shame to cut a small piece from the 700$ piece.

The unibody of the car. The rocker panel. You both are talking about the same thing, the other guys are talking about side skirts.

So probably that sill piece at the bottom of the wings (fender), that gets covered by the sideskirt.

The quarter and rocker are one piece are they not?
From what I understand his rocker is damaged. They sell the piece as a rocker and quarter. He doesn’t want to buy whole quarter as it’s lots of money and only a tiny part of the replacement piece is needed to fix damage.

To be honest maybe he means the lower part of the fender that is covered by the skirts which he could be calling the rocker. I’m not sure.

Sound like he needs #1.
It’s designated as rocker panel.
