I remember seeing this car on CL, looked like a good deal. Good start, taking it in the right direction. Congrats!

Nice solid car. From where to where did you drive it from? Thinking about buying an out of state m3 also.

Also, what steam cleaner are you using? Carpet looks really fresh

Great, I will give this a try next time I take it out, thank you!

Thank you, the previous owner did a lot of good things for the car, now I just have to finish it.

Drove it from Dallas to Houston so right around four hours with stops.

I have the Vapor Systems VX5000 steamer. It's awesome for car stuff and for things around the house. Highly recommend it.

The aero kit cars are pretty rare. Have any pictures of yours? I'm always down for some Porsche content

Thank you. From what I'm finding, Avus on black is somewhat rare as it was normally on grey. I'm glad I don't have to do much with this interior as I've been in the middle of trying to convert a tan interior to black on my daily and it's quite the headache to source everything, gets expensive quick.

Addressed a few issues with the car over the past week.

Recharged the AC and it is blowing nice and cold.

Removed the radio to get the serial number for the code, luckily it was already written on the bottom so I didn't have to make a call. Of course when I turned it on absolutely nothing happened sound wise. Investigated and found out the amp in the trunk was missing but all wiring was present. Decided to gamble $50 on a used amp as the connections on my E46 parts car amp were very different and I wanted something I could plug and play. Received the amp, plugged it in and everything worked perfectly! The car is way more enjoyable to drive with AC and a radio

When I bought the car I was told the sunroof never worked. Decided to poke around it a bit and...

Works great now! I need to clean and lube the tracks, but I couldn't find any issues with it other than the switch had the wrong lead going into it and the power supply was disconnected.
