Default Car struggles to start on cold start

The car will start up every time, but it really struggles and kind of hesitates to get up to the normal RPM once the ignition starts.

Spark plugs are new, vanos was recently overhauled except for the solenoid. I'm wondering if this is the fuel pump going out? Maybe Coil packs? Car also feels very sluggish/not as much "get up and go" as usual. Any help is appreciated. Mileage is 123k

Valves also recently adjusted so those can be ruled out

Just ordered this scanner to find out, will report back after I get a chance to read the codes. I currently have headers installed without rear O2s so not sure if any codes will overlap with that, but we will see
