Because the car is on the carmax lot, there's no way to look at it. I already have a buyer lined up for tomorrow, if things change I'll update.
I know i am going to get flamed for the following comments

-7k trade for 130k mile Interlagos zcp 2005 sounds like market value
- i would post the appraisal because i think this car has had paintwork.
- carmax would never put this car on the lot- it would be sent to auction.
- to me anyways the only appeal in buying this car is if you could get a carmax warranty- which you cant

Where do you get fair market from? Even Kelly blue book puts this car in the 12k + range.

Yeah... Also, the car has every option, and is the most desireable color combo, and has some minor mods, the intake and CSL rear diffuser

The mods could easily bring the value down as they almost never add. I think people are really wanting m3s to be cheaper. But even e36s are going for 7k still.
