Looks great! Would you mind sharing the process and paints/chemicals you used? Thanks

Yooooooooo... Have you checked your inbox recently?

Am I understanding this correctly, people running the 345mm Front / 328mm Rear sized rotors with RR brackets are now running the D917 front pads at all four corners for both the front and rear calipers?

Ok I was trying to be funny with the Red color and they seem to cost more. But I found out that the Red and Silver came only on the "S" type cars. But here is what I also learned and was wondering about because it kind of goes along with it. The last two digits on the full part number for these. The "modification" number. According to Porsche these are mods made to the caliper or whatever part. There are alot of differant ones. I am just going to use one as an example.
Front 996 standard end in "425 00" But there are options like a "425 21 or 22. The Boxster has several as well that are differant from these.
Anyone know anything about the differance? Probably doesnt matter but I like to learn stuff.
Edit
I am sure it means "S" or better

Guys while we are on it. Mind sharing your method if coating them? You go base powder coat, bake it for some time but not fully, then cool down a bit, then apply sticker and powder clear coat and fully bake? Am I missing something?

I am doing mine differently than this post. I have a base powder coat, then applying the sticker and get finishing with ceramic coating on top (CS-II).

At least for rattlecan method-

From my experience, you can change the color slightly darker with more baking between coats. To get the color as vibrant as possible, you'd only bake after the last clear coat for the time/heat stated on the can. This is for VHT/Dupli paints (the most ubiquitous). FYI, despite both being owned by the same company, their colors, VHT/Dupli, and not quite the same. I would experiment a little.

The key, if not baking the color coat before doing the clear coats, is to let the calipers dry for a while before applying the sticker. I would wait a couple of days at least if not longer, and that's in warm socal.

I like your idea of baking only a bit before the sticker. That would hasten the cure time. Especially if you don't want/need the brightest/most vivid shade of your color.
