Cool, that's not how the law is written whatsoever so literally every dispensary you've been to isn't literally selling literally weed correctly.

Never said it was technically legal. I was saying it's a joke at how easy it is to get it nowadays. Once January 1st rolls around it will be legal to do that.

Stone Ruination (1 or 2) or Arrogant Bastard, Terp Hopsecutioner, Victory Double Simcoe, Brouwerij't IPA, Firestone Walker Double Jack, Ballast Point Sculpin, Three Floyds Dreadnaught, Bell's Two Hearted, Green Flash Palate Wrecker and West Coast... could go on and on

Honestly, it's too easy to name beers I like more than Pliny. I had my first one about five years ago, and haven't felt compelled to find it again. Much ado about perfectly satisfactory DIPA.

I'm not a die hard Pliny advocate, and nearing the anti-IPA realm these days.. just wanted to pick your brain.

Some good recs in there.

Random: GF has gone to shit after they got bought out if you ask me. Used to be my fav brewery.

Belgian quads and German dunks ftw!

I'm kind of over IPAs myself and craft beer generally. Just don't seek it out like I used to, more apt to go cocktails if I'm out somewhere. That said, I still try one on every so often.

Completely unfamiliar with that GF development. They purchased Alpine (who makes at least two that could go on that list above Pliny), have expanded to a brewery out here (due this year or next?), and I know they partnered with a Euro firm to release WC IPA over there, but I wasn't aware they'd been bought. Help a bruva out.

GF west coast & GF hop head red where the tits until they got bought out.... now it sucks.

Alpine Duet is nice. Still (personally) putting Pliny ahead of it, but it's close.
