Ha! If that were the case, we'd all do it.

With a rear main seal kit (inc housing), CSB and Guibo, my parts list came to $1050-ish.

If you dont need those parts...buy the bellhousing parts (for machined areas) and OEM style shifter setup, it would be almost the same price.

Or no? Im not really good at maths on a Tuesday, between the times of 0800-2300CST, so maybe Im way off.

I found the shifter on psdesignsglobal. How long did it take for you to receive it?
I ordered it straight from RTD, via the owner on Facebook and got it REALLY fast. Within a work week if I recall.

Sweet. Thanks dude. I'd pay you in beer to help me out if you were in the area.

Time to get a parts list started and see how much my sister can get them for. Shes a manager over at Long Beach BMW.

Getbmwparts.com was the cheapest place I could find online, and it came up to just under 1k...with a few extra parts.

Removing the CSB, Guibo, and rear main seal kit from my list, would lower the price almost 300...which would put your total price around 1100...I think, if you decided to get the RTD shifter and their DSSR.

I also spent 80+ on new fluid for the trans. So there's that savings if you don't swap fluids.
