Default Oil leak after oil change

I have only owned the car for about 6 weeks now, there was no leak before the change. Car has 41k miles on it, did the oil change 2 weeks ago. Took it back to my buddys shop who did the work last week and it fixed the leak for about a week but now its back. He said the drain plug is known to be pretty touchy, cant be too tight or else it will break. He tightened it more but now its leaking again, any ideas??

Did he put a new washer on? The filter should come with a new washer for every oil change. I normally tighten to about 15-20 ft lbs (a good snug after tightened by hand).

Im not too sure since i wasn't down doing any work, i used the Mahle/Mann filter which im pretty sure includes the new washer as well as filter o-ring.
