Even though some say the E9xM3 is a top end screamer, it really is not that fast.

^Top end screamer would refer to its rev limiter being high, and getting most power up top.

And it's fast for what it is: a luxury coupe with cushy features. Not a ton of cars out there in its price range, at the same year (remember, they're a 10 year old model now), that match its performance AND luxury features/build at a similar price.

I have had one for 7 years and like it. Modified it with some bolt on parts and tuning to be a little more entertaining. I agree that it was competitive when introduced in 2008 and that it is a good value used today but it still is not really what I consider fast. I’ll either supercharge mine or buy a faster car — more money either way.
