Default Ryobi garage door opener w/ security camera. a must have for enthusiasts?

I don't have access to the "member review forum" and i didn't know where else to post this.

Recently moved and my garage door opener was older than anything else ive seen. I decided to swap it out for a newer one and the Ryobi unit from homedepot caught my eye. I think its a neat little opener unlike anything else in the market and perfect for enthusiast.

Besides having a wifi feature, it also has several ports on the sides where you can plug in accessories such as wireless security camera, fan, speaker, laser park assists, retractable extension cord etc.

plus, you can buy a ryboi battery and plug it into the unit so that it operates even when power is down.

I was mainly interested in the security camera feature for the added security and love the whole setup which is why i decided to share my experience.

Why i love this device.

1) Wifi feature allows you to control it from your smart phone. you can open/close, turn off/on LED and more importantly, you can set it up to send you notifications if the door is opened/closed. if someone unlocks your garage door and opens it, you'll immediately know.

2) security camera for only $100. It hooks up onto your wifi system and you can view your garage Live from anywhere as long as you have interent access. the quality isnt bad. the camera has a motion sensor/night vision/microphone and continuous recording feature to micro SD or ryobi cloud for $50 a year. that means if im ever worried about someone breaking into my garage, i can simple view my garage live and notify the police. they will be recorded by the camera as well. quality isnt bad. it comes with a 16GB micro SD. I plan to upgrade to a 64GB class 10 SD card for smooth longer recordings

3) runs on ryboi battery as a backup power supply. even when power is down, everything will continue to work !

i got the opener for $200 on sale. usually they are $250. the camera is $100 but the combo is on sale for $250.
everything is only available at homedepot. i think its a bargain for what you get for added security if you're ever worried about someone breaking into your garage.

I might get the laser park assists too. here are some pics of my setup.

very nice. does it have a side jack option like liftmaster or chamberlain? free-ing up the center of the garage is a plus.
