Can't....resist....hijacking....thread!

I like the interior. I also need an education.

So if you have a roll bar and a racing seat that comes up behind your head, is it reasonable to drive on the street without a helmet? That makes sense. My question about head impact on the rollbar had me thinking about a roll bar with an OEM seat, where the driver's head could move enough to contact the bar. Not the case with a racing seat... do I have this right?

Also, I saw some comments about a fixed rear seat being needed with a roll bar install. ?? Does that mean removing the rear seat so nobody tries to sit there with a roll bar in the way, or am I lost?

Are you sure you mean fixed rear seat? I don't think I've ever heard that. You should definitely have fixed back seats (front) with a rollbar like you mentioned. As for the rear, nothing special is required/needed. You should never let someone sit in the back seat if you have a rollbar though.

So the fix back seat comments were about the front seats being a fixed back, where it can't recline? That makes sense.

Thanks. I'm slow on Mondays, but I think I got it...

Thanks! I don't see why another couldn't be made. If you really do want one, pm me and I will pass along his info.
