As for noise reduction the foam that you use acts like one ,so if you put one under the bottom half you will save wait and kill some noise . You might have to shave it down alittle. Look great all the same

Looks really well done.

I am kinda missing the point of it all, though. Weight savings? Not enough to justify losing the back seat, imho.
