Those are going to look great with some beefy tires.

Awesome, I am keeping my eye out for a set of 17x9 et42 square in the diamond black finish for my estoril e36...can they still be bought new?

Sorry, Iím not sure I understand this expression: you mean that the 18s werenít functional enough for you? Is there that much of a difference when driving between the 18 and 17s?

I think Ian means that there's no real reason or advantage running 18"s over 17"s on this car. Besides looks which are subjective.

18s on the normal e46 are also kind of like 19s on the M3. The fenders can't really fit the M3 rolling diameters. Going to 17s on the wagon lets me run an M3 on 18s level of sidewall.

Angry Re: Obioban's 332iT Daily

Ugh, annoying. My wife had a spinning class this morning and took the wagon. While she was in the class, someone backed into it and left the scene.

We have the make/model of their car, the fact that it was a man, and half the license plate. There were only 4 men at the location that morning, so we should be able to identify who it was.

If we can, thoughts on how to proceed to get them to pay for it?

That sucks.

Let your insurance company know what you've found out. They may be more than happy to press for the information so they don't have to cover the claim (if they're a decent insurance company, that is).

Not sure if local law enforcement wants to play or not (leaving the scene of an accident).

Good luck. What a PITA.
