Default Morning Engine Start

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THE FUNNY BIRD/HISSING NOISES ON THE ENGINE, ESPECIALLY IN THE MORNING TIME?.....AND IS THIS A RECURRING PROBLEM FOR MOST GERMAN VEHICLES?......WHAT TO DO?...PARTS?....UPGRADES TO MY PULLIES AND BELTS?.....OR JUST SOME WD-40?

It could be you idler pully, does it only happen at idle?
