I agree for sure about the vert and color combo on this one, but I have young kids and a wife that want another "fun" car too. We've had a few fox mustangs, jeeps, a falcon Sprint and a restomod 57 t bird in the past.

At 12k, if everything else checks out I don't think I'd lose anything on it while having fun with the kids for a while.

i'm sure it's fine, but if you want an m3, go get a real one for a few grand more. if you get this one you'll be stuck with it always wishing you had a coupe and a different color.

My mother had a 986 boxster that was silver with gray top and gray interior, or what I liked to call the official color combination of German Austerity. Didn't last long in her garage to say the least.

Unless you absolutely love the color combo and absolutely want a vert, I'd steer clear of this one OP.

Not knocking the car, but to get the full "E46 M3 experience", you're going to want a coupe.

If you want that particular combo (color/vert) I'd say go for it for sure. Got any pics??

For a 2nd "fun car" I'd love a vert M3, sure it doesn't handle as well but who cares if you aren't tracking it. I hate the gray interior but they don't look horrible when they are super clean.
