Did you clean your filter and oiled it? I once over did my oil and didn't let it dry and had the same symptoms for a couple of days.

I the third time I put it back together I got it worked, no idea what it was.

Stated it above, but vacuum leak was most likely the issue.

I think it was the plug that connects to the bottom side of the airbox. The third time connecting it I really had to press it hard for it to click for some reason. Previous times I just put a decent amount of pressure to get it to sit in place but did not hear it click.

Yup, that one caused the same issue on an aftermarket CSL airbox where the ICV port under the box was a tad too far for the connector to fully click into place. On startup, it would idle very poorly just like in your video, and it would stall when coming to a stop.
