Addressing a few points:

Test car - I would let Scott use my car for design/fitment/sound testing and I am open to dynoing the car before and after on the same dyno (I would reset adaptations to remove that variable)

Price - Tough to pin down at this time, as it is dependent on what kind of system we are building - muffler only vs mid-pipes + muffler. Once we have a better sense, I should be able to get a rough price point.

Tips - Thanks for the feedback, I'll pass it along.

It has to be a mid and exhaust if going after the 350+ whp guys. A free flowing muffler doesn't do as much if we still have the mid as the bottle neck.

I agree - it appears the consenses so far is free flowing section 2 + a muffler. No real need for another section 1 based on the responses.

Stromung, RD Sport, and Remus have been the best sounding mufflers I've heard on these cars. If there was a GB on their mufflers, if seriously consider it

Remember that monster shunt of his in Canada? The next day, as he walked out of hospital, a journalist asked him if he'd seen the crash on TV. Robert Kubica stopped, looked the journo right in the eye and said: "I've seen it twice: the first time I was there!"

Section 1 Should be included (and modular, allowing people to purchase it a la carte if they wish) but no section 1 I'm aware of is 2.5"

Ironically working with Scott to develop an E46 M3 system has always been in the back of my mind.

IMO, the ideal setup should start as a quieter muffler as one can always increase volume via headers/section 1. The rasp should remain, however, in a throatier and deeper octave.

Let me know if you need any help, I've worked with Scott extensively in the past bringing other systems to market.
