Default Wonky fuel trims levels

I'm still chasing down fuel trim problems. All the injectors were pulled and resealed (there was some leaking around the seals). The O2 sensors are new and correctly installed. The ICV is new. Fuel pressure at correct level. The long term trim levels are zero.
The short term are very strange (negative on one bank, positive on the other).
The car won't hold an idle. The trim levels don't seem to change at higher RPMs.

Bad injectors? Possible cams are not aligned properly? Thoughts?

Thanks!
Joe
