Default OBD-II Port Cover Part Number

I've tried searching Real-OEM and just cannot find it.

I am looking for the part number of the OBD-II port holder and cover for our cars. It clips into the trim it our drivers side footwell and has a swing lid with integrated resistor and then the OBD-II port clips into it.

My lid broke off so I want to replace it and then was thinking of mounting the one with the broken lid inside the little cubby hold next to it so I can mount two ports with my 3way splitter.
