yeah get the ga6150F, or whichever runs the newest android. It's fantastic

I'm a huge nitpick and hated the avin avant 2, but for the money the eonon is fantastic. great software and good build quality.

I had a small issue with fitment, the antenna jack had a long connector and hit the inside of the dash, but it was an easy fix with a 6 dollar amazon antenna jack.

D5150 in car when I bought it.

Looks OEM, orange lights match heater controls which I appreciate.

Bluetooth, music and voice calls, is great. Radio reception not so good, haven't had time to do the deep dive on this yet.

All this talk about nav - can I mirror my phone map on the unit?

Bump for updated feedback from owners.

I heard older versions didn't drive the HK subs as hard as oem - can anyone confirm?
Also is it safe to say that poor FM reception, long boot times and occasional crashing are still par for the course, or resolved? Heard about these from the E46F posts where Eonon is a sponsor.

Yeaaa this thing for sure crashes occasionally.....and the power for the speakers are still very lacking, Through RCA as well.

The boot time isn't bad as only the first boot takes a little time. Kinda like when you start your Android phone after the battery was fully dead. Everytime after that within a certain time frame it is usually in sleep and starts up instantly.

You can mirror your phone but the quality and usability is so low with this feature that you may as well create a Hotspot and use the built in Google maps.

So far my really only big grip is the fact that it crashes ever so often! That there is only one channel sub RCA OUTPUT, and that they don't give you the option to root the device to do certain things even tho it is YOUR DEVICE!
