That is exactly what I am experiencing. On both my laptop and my PC. Wasn't chrome recently updated?

Glad I'm not the only one.

Intermittently, on chrome for win 7. E.g., the cat gif above is working right now.

Glad I'm not the only one.
Then maybe that's why mine still works without the glitch. The OS on my work computer (Macbook Pro) is too old for the newer Chrome updates.

Chrome on my Android seems to be fine, but on my ThinkPad no bueno. Hit or miss (mostly miss) with the GIFs
