Those that have installed this underpanel...what do you do with this bolt in pic with the green arrow points to below? I am thinking of using and just ream out the hole of the bracket...just for knowledge, what's that bolt for?

That's where your original undertray attached and ripped off.
Do not use Motion's included expanding plastic nuts and do not reuse your original old ones. Buy new OEM parts. Motion's will pull out and your original are likely stripped. You can also rivnut it as shown in my guide; http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=590177 |

Here, you can really see the difference between the stock plastic insert to Motion's which is at the far right. Glad Brett recommended the stock ones.
