Think the M3 looks way better with the more pronounced fenders

M3 or M4? If you want to allow people open their own door and not make them look like Jim Carey in Ace Ventura coming out of a fake rhino, then get the M3. It's honestly better looking anyway.

This thread got me searching and I noticed a nice M3 in the mid 50's, that's cheap. If only I have a bigger garage.

I like the interior too.

Yup. I know what I'll be grabbing once the new lease backs go up for sale...

I just dealt with the same dilemma. I'd planned on getting a new M3 because the easier back seat access would have been nice and I liked the fender flares.
But when I saw an M3 and M4 next to each other, I decided I liked the M4 better. It's a "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" thing and you have to decide which look you prefer.

I would do M3, imo, it looks better plus you have the extra set of doors incase you need to throw some stuff in the back. Don't get me wrong, the M4 is awesome. There is just something about the M3 though

M3 gets my vote simply because of the practicality aspect.

I've done the whole getting your kids in and out of a coupe thing and my back just can't take anymore.

In that case he should get the proper M car, the new M2. It's lighter, almost as fast, drives better, and sounds miles better.

Not really almost as fast. Everything else you said is subjective.
