Default Can I just replace this bolt....?

Well my passenger side door was extremely hard to open so I adjusted the screw as I read in an earlier thread and to my surprise the allen screw was somewhat stripped... I look inside the driver and passenger to compare and it seems like the dealer screwed around with it before as the drive side allen screw was silver/new looking and the passenger side was all black and greased up...

So the question is can I just remove the bolt and replace it with a new one?

sure you can, get the part from the dealer..

its not necessary to replace as it doesn't offer any additional support that those other 3 do....but if it bugs ya, sure, replace it.....remove one of the others, and test fit into that hole, just to make sure its the right size and pitch...
