Obviously, BMWNA (800) 831-1117, but I would suggest you post this as a new thread below and explain the facts a bit. This thread is for the engine failure recall. Unless your clutch blew after a recall rebuild, it isn't really relevant here. Someone in your area of CA may have a regional rep. contact and may respond if you post it below. Your clutch plate exploded? Obviously, wear and tear is not a warranty issue.
