I haven't driven an E46 M3 in 10 years now, but the good news is I haven't had any VANOS failures in that time either.

The first criteria for being a MOD on this forum is to have at least have owned any model M3.

I have had three, waiting.

Yeah, that rule was implemented after I became mod. You were in the running, but then you had to take a step backwards and get an M2, which has set you back a bit. I'll ask them to reconsider after you're back in an M3.

After the M2 I can't go backwards.

Don't get me wrong.. The E46 M3 was/is an awesome car and I loved it when I test drove one back in the day. It was the car which made me want to join this forum in the first place, but anyways that time is passed.
We are the same age. My M3 has factory bluetooth.
