Ya know I'm just going to preface this with... I'm just some random ******* on the internet - I read these things and from an individual's perspective.. someone like me I can totally see where OP is coming from. It's emotional for him because it was his dream job and now it's gone down the toilet. As others have said he doesn't just have 1 source to blame though. But it's very disheartening to read that this company built for enthusiasts by enthusiasts has been bought out by some soleless corporation.

Will also say that in all of my dealings with ECS - I have found customer service/support to be very helpful. Whether it be the online chat feature of the site or me calling in for assistance they have done a very good job at handling my questions/inquires. Feel bad for them if what was said to be true.

In terms of packaging/shipping ... things are not what they were a year or two ago - some of the accusations that he's making very hard to believe? The low pay, low moral, bad inventory management system and warehouse issues.. absolutely not.

And then I look up the CEO's pedigree of whom has made a public statement... if I were working for ECS right now I would be extremely concerned / looking elsewhere as OP

Lol.

Honestly, I just ordered a sensor from them Saturday, said it would ship yesterday but didn't get to FedEx until this morning, so it won't be here today, will be here Friday or something. Unimpressed. I used to be able to order stuff and get it next day, I'm a 4 hour drive from them. Now Amazon is faster and cheaper for most of my rudimentary part needs, and anything more substantial I typically get from FCP.

CEO statement or not, it's anecdotally worse for me.

Damn... I'm really sad to read this thread. As I've always vouched for ECS to anyone coming to me for euro advice, but I guess I'll have to reconsider my perception of them.

This makes me want to never do business with ECS again.

I think you misunderstood my post. That's the link in ECS's post to the message from the CEO. Either couldn't even get that right or too many people bashing them.

The ECS Tuning guy took that link out after it didn't work, I guess.
