Default Can't create new thread in for sale forum

It is giving me the error message as if I didn't have enough posts. It let me start the original post, but by the time I finished it I could not submit it. I logged out and back in and when I did that I wasn't able to even start a new thread for posting.

Yeah, I'm aware. I'm trying to figure out what is wrong.

I'm pretty sure I've corrected the issue.
