Looks like there's one left in the US for us to order(otherwise it'll have to come out of Germany in 2-3 weeks once ordered). Assuming we get the one in the US, it'll arrive here in just 2 business days out of BMW's PA distribution center.

The wheel runs $271.66, and you can order it by part # here on our site.

Here's a link to our complete M3forum Specials section on the site - you'll find the Oil Change Kit and many other popular items(some with free shipping, too) there.

Thanks much!

Hi Jason,

Couple questions - is the airbag spring plate (part he's holding below in image #4) available for purchase separately? One spring in mine is a bit gnarled and sticks open, causing the airbag not to seat properly. I see the part numbers for the wires on your site, but not the spring plate.

Also, if I purchase an entire new wheel, such as this one:

http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...catalogid=4462

Does it include everything in the picture -- including spring plate and upper and lower trims?

Trying to figure out if I want to 'restore' mine or start over. Thanks.

[additional info - my car is a 2005 M3 SMG]

No, the airbag spring plate is not available separately - it comes only with the purchase of a new steering wheel. Everything shown in the picture is included though, along with the upper m/f button panel and lower M trim.

Thanks much!

I've replied back a few days back. Did you receive? I'd like to make a purchase to do maintenance this weekend. Thanks.
