So I did a bit of research and... I just need to clear up a few things
My wheels suck, they have some small curb rash, that does not bother me. I need to remove the clear, I guess? Then polish them... IDEAS?

I have 19's as well and all the rims were very faded and dull. They are obviously suppose to shine more like a chrome finish rather than a dull matte look. I went and bought "white diamond" wheel cleaner WHAT A DIFFERENCE they shine like brand new. Not sure if this helps but mine are so much better now.
